I'm back

Hi everbody, I'm back from prison now and I want to go visit Aunt Corrie. Prison's been a disater they hardly feed you anything, but just enough to get you through the day. I learned my lesson though. I still love Holland and feel like playing the anthem again but I don't want to suffer the hardship of prison again.

Hi I'm back from the ministry and feel great. There's only gonna be a few minutes before the nazis come but everyone loves me now. Ah! they broke in. I'm out.

Tonight I am going to play my country's national anthem after my uncle's ministry at church today. I am probably going to get arrested but it's for Holland.

No Jews allowed

This week there were signs posted all around town saying "No Jews Allowed". I don't know what's happening but I don't like the looks of it. I hope nothing bad happens to the jews.

Country take over

Oh my gosh! Holland has been taken over by the Germans! I knew our country wouldn't last in the war. Now there are German soldiers patrolling the streets everywhere. I also saw some of my friends who were Jewish standing in line for something that was yellow. I went over to the Ten Boom's today and they told me the Jews were supposed to be getting a yellow star for a reason they didn't know.

Air raid

Last night I heard explosions and airplanes all through the night. I could hardly sleep. Today there are a lot of jews standing in line for something that was yellow. I went over to the Ten Boom's today. They told me that the Jews were standing in line for a yellow star.

Peter Van woerden

Hi I am Peter Van woerden. The son of Nollie and Fredrick Van woerden. I am the organist for the chuch of Haarlem and Corrie Ten Boom's favorite newphew. I usually visit her every day and she enjoys each visit. Today I was listening to the radio and heard that our country, Holland, was going into war.
